The Policy Process



Editing Process



In order to ensure a high-level customer centered experience, DreamCatcHERs Design & Consults requires a maximum number of edits on design projects: All Print/ Digital Materials Require the following -

  • 2 edits Logos - 4 logos are presented, 1 is chosen,
  • 2 rounds of edits are permitted on the selected design Websites - 2 edits Max.



Payment



The following methods of payment are also acceptable:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Cash (for local customers only)
  • Checks (checks must be made out to Carolyn Parker with DreamCatcHERsd Design & Consult in the memo, only for corporate clients)


Deposits/ Refunds



A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upfront for all items no exceptions.

DreamCatChers Design & Consults does not offer refunds, in partial or in full, on any items.

In the event that a customer is not satisfied with their final design, we offer the following resolutions:

  • Design will be given an additional 4 edits, until client has a design they are happy with.
  • Client will be offered transferable in-house credit


Identity



Turnaround time can vary based on scheduling and availability. Thanks to customers like you, we are a high volume fully functional operation. If you require a hard deadline, please provide that information during the initial consult.. ​ Rush Fees will apply when work is asked to be completed outside of our normal turnaround times. Please inquire for details on Rush Fee amounts.


Coaching Sessions


Coaching sessions are set for 55 min per session. For the Tier II package and up the sessions will consist of weekly/bi-weekly sessions depending on the stage of business you are at, The cost of the sessions will be in six-month increments. If you are unable to attend please send a correspondence advising. There is a 5-minute grace period for all sessions anything after 10 min will be rescheduled. all documents shared during the partnership sessions are solely for client only of Dreamcatchers Designs and Consults and are not for individual distribution without the expressed written consent of owner Carolyn Parker and Dreamcatchers Designs and Consults



Originality



We make every effort to ensure that the designs we create for clients are both original , and exclusive to specific clients. In order to ensure every client's experience first class and without issue, we request the following:

  • Please only submit images to include in designs that are either original/personal to you as a client or covered under a CC0 License.
  • Click here for a list of sites where clients can acquire royalty-free stock photos.
  • Only submit clip art that is free to use and not attributed to any other company.

In the event that an an image or clip art is submitted that cannot be authenticated, image or clip art may not be used. In the event that clip art is used due to a faulty authentication, DreamCatcHERs accepts no legal or financial responsibility for any issues arising from the use of said image or clip art.



Licencing



Payment for services serves as your license to use any created work from DreamCatcHERs Design & Consults If you pay in full for services, any logo, flyer, business card, or other material is yours to use in any application you deem appropriate.

However, if services have only been partially paid for, license of materials created by DreamCatcHERs Design & Consults REMAIN with our company until funds are received and cleared.

Likewise, material that has not been fully paid for is not available to be edited or altered in any way. Federal Copyright law stipulates that the creator of the art is the original copyright owner, and failure to properly purchase the license for usage is considered copyright infringement. ​
